An apartment building has been built in the village of Apastovo in the Apastovsky district under the social mortgage program.
According to the GISU of the Republic of Tatarstan, the four-storey house with a total area of 1,547 square meters is designed for 24 families. Some of the apartments are intended to improve the living conditions of orphaned children.
All apartments are fully finished. The surrounding area has also been landscaped: parking spaces and playgrounds have been equipped, outdoor lighting has been installed, and small architectural forms have been installed.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported that 108 houses will be built in Tatarstan this year under the Social Mortgage program. The construction of 34 houses has been completed, the plan has been completed by 60%.
The implementation of the Social Mortgage program is consistent with the goals and objectives of the National Infrastructure for Life project.
