96% of boiler houses in Tatarstan are ready to work in winter conditions
Today, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the republican headquarters for preparations for the heating period of 2026-2027.
According to Mazit Salikhov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, who held the meeting, preparatory work has been completed in 2,842 boiler houses out of 2,953, with 96% completion. In Kamskoustinsky, Aktanyshsky, Aznakaevsky, Pestrechinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Alekseevsky, Yutazinsky, Chistopolsky, Yelabuga, Leninogorsk, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky municipal districts and Kazan, the indicator is below the national average.
According to the data in the Housing Monitoring system, 3019 educational facilities have been prepared for work in winter conditions – 96%; 1,883 healthcare facilities (98%); 1,798 cultural facilities (97%); 157 social protection facilities (97%); 276 sports facilities (93%) and 98 youth facilities (85%).
Readiness certificates have been presented for 11,802 apartment buildings out of 18,238, which is 65% of the plan. At the same time, in 19 municipalities, the actual completion rate is less than the national average.
Mazit Salikhov reminded the heads of municipalities of the need to include updated information on preparations for the heating period in the Housing Stock Monitoring system.
