The annual plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 90%
Today, at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of housing construction.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a videoconference meeting.
"As of September 4, the overall plan has been fulfilled by 90%, more than 2,843 million square meters of housing have been commissioned," the minister said.
105 apartment buildings with a total area of about 934 thousand square meters have been commissioned through commercial construction, which is 90% of the planned volume.
The social mortgage program has been implemented by 71%, 37 houses with a total area of more than 106 thousand square meters have been built.
1,802 million square meters have been commissioned for individual housing construction, which is 91% of the plan.
