An employee of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is on the Electronic Honor Board of state civil servants of Tatarstan
The state civil servants of Tatarstan have been identified for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board based on the results of their work in 2025.
Among the 34 honorary state civil servants is our colleague, Gulnaz Gainullina, Head of the Department of Property Relations and Financial Management Monitoring.
Gulnaz Gainullina is an adviser to the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, 1st class. She has been in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2014, and has been the head of the department since 2020.
"The work of our division is aimed at reducing the volume of unfinished construction in Tatarstan. And according to the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, we annually occupy a leading position among all regions of the country in reducing the number of such facilities," Gulnaz Gainullina said. "The department also monitors the implementation of national projects and government programs in the republic."
Gulnaz Gainullina successfully participates in competitions among civil servants in skiing and chess.

It should be noted that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 19, 2015 No. UP-1111, an Electronic Honor Board for state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan is formed annually. The grounds for inclusion on the honor roll are professional achievements, initiative and personal contribution to improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the powers of government agencies.
