In Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan this year it is planned to put into operation 120 thousand square meters of housing, including commercial and individual.

Construction of 4 apartment houses is planned in the district of "The Ice Palace" in Zelenodolsk. Just before the end of the year in the city will be built 8 apartment buildings.

In middile of February in Zelenodolsk 79 families will enter into a new apartment house number 10 on the street hall, built under the social mortgage. On the same street on the program «Social mortgage» are built 2 more houses.

Also in this area will be built 2 kindergartens for 260 seats, construction of the first of them will begin in January-February.
