In order to solve the probelm of capital repair it is necessary to use the method of credit considered Michail Men. " It is serious answer for solving the problem of capital repair"-said Michail Men.
Talking about the emergency housing Minister said that quesrtions of changing of financial way were discussed before and will be discussed in furture.
Financial will consist of about 30-50%. "President of Russian Federation control this question"-said Men.
