Ministry of construction of RT held a meeting on question of realization the program on modernization of street lighting in districts of RT. The head of the management and realization of national programs I.N. Nasirov held the meeting. 
The main question was the street lighting in villages. It is necessary to renovate street lighting. 
Energy efficiency and energy are the priority tasks of innovative development of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. To ensure comfortable conditions for the population and bringing street lighting to regulatory it is nessasary   to install 127 214 supports and energy-saving lamps, to make installation 6 350,54 km of transmission lines, to replace the existing 72 245 lamps on energy saving.
