RT state Council adopted a law that protects the deceived shareholders

The law that legalizes the concept "participant of shared construction" was adopted today  in the first and third reading deputies of the RT state Council on the 53rd session. The law gives local governments the right to recognition citizens as victims who participated in the share construction. It will be defined the criteria for the participants of shared construction and a special register for the municipal authorities.

Control over proper implementation of the law will carry out inspection of Gosstroynodzor.
