Community of builders have awarded the best masons.

A good tradition became to held  contests of professional skills among the members of the working class, organised by the Union and the Association of builders of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year the competition masons, which took place July 17 in Elabuga took part 42 people (21 group) from 13 organizations of the Republic, representing construction companies Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Elabuga, Leninogorsk, Arsk, other cities and districts of Tatarstan.

The organizers managed to spend not just a competition of professional skills, and to create a real holiday, which was thought out every detail: the organization of courts and jobs, instructing on labour protection and industrial safety, nutrition, equipment, diplomas, prizes and gifts, without which no one party. All the practical part of the contest  were accompanied by live music.

According to the leadership of the Commonwealth of builders of Tatarstan, the holding of such competitions is necessary not only to identify the best professional specialists of the Republic, but also for vocational guidance of youth and increase of prestige of working professions among the students of schools, colleges and other educational institutions.
