Vladimir Talalikin:Regional operator is responsible for results of capital repair.

First Deputy Minister of Fund of reforming housing sphere V. Talalikin arrived to Kazan on working visit. 
First Deputy Minister F. Hanifov welcomed the guest and acquainted with national programs. After general director of Managment copmpany on realization of programs continued the meeting. He told about general repair and also he made a report on possibilities of giving some functions of regional operator to management companies.

V.Talalikin noted that RT has differences from other regions: new project of capital repair started in Russia base on Tatarstan projects. According to duties of regional companies and management companies he noted  regional companies are more responsible for results.
