The head of the "AK BARS development" Marat Shagitov  presented to the President of the Republic of the program of modernization of Kazan house-building plant.  The project provides the phased transition of the enterprise to use the modern European equipment, the introduction of innovative technologies to construction industry.  R. Minnikhanov gave a high appraisal of the project and noted the need of  the use of own materials.
