On August 28 2014 non-state educational institution of additional professional education "The RITZ-Prostandard" conducts consulting and practical seminar on the theme: "Debt Management utilities: new legislation and methods of debt collection".

 Matveev Alexander, counselor of justice of the 1st class, expert in implementation of the programmes of accounts receivable management, and consultant in the field of reclamation (levy) debt mediator in commercial disputes (debt restructuring), a specialist in Executive production will hold the seminar. 
The main theme of the seminar:
-a peculiarity of debt in the housing sector: legal issues and the social aspect;
- accounts receivable management at the enterprises of housing and communal services: measures for prevention of non-payment;
-responsible for failure to perform obligations under the payment of utility bills;
-pre-trial work on debt collection: "soft" and "hard" methods of debt recovery;
-- under what conditions and how to apply effects to the debtor in the form of a suspension, restriction or disconnection of utility services (electricity, gas, water, sewage and other);
- effective enforcement of judicial decisions.
