1.45 million m² of housing commissioned in Tatarstan as of August 15

On August 17, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction Irek Faizullin said that the Tatarstan Inspectorate of State Building Supervision conducted 624 inspections from the beginning of 2014. According to the minister, 322 resolutions for the sum of 11 million 751 thousand roubles were passed for violation of labour safety regulations.
The Minister informed participants of the meeting that as of August 15, 1 million 448,6 m² of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan (60,4 per cent of the annual plan).
Irek Faizullin focused on relocation of citizens from dilapidated housing facilities. Thus, 67 houses with a total area of 178,2 thousand m² were commissioned under social mortgage programme.
As for rental housing, 52 houses with a total area of 52, 913 m² will be constructed in 2014.
It was also noted that 309 orphan children will be provided with accommodation in 2014.
Construction works are underway at 53 pre-school educational institutions.
Irek Faizullin also reported on construction of multi-purpose sports grounds, medical and obstetric stations, and major repair of ambulance stations.
Summing up, Tatarstan President asked to put much emphasis on relocation of citizens from dilapidated housing facilities.
The task set for Tatarstan in terms of the number of participants in the All-Russian vote for facilities prioritized for improvement in 2027 was completed: as of June 5, 421,764 residents of the republic made their choice with a plan of 405,000.
Information on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings this year was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
In the village of Krasnaya Gorka, Mamadyshsky district, the overhaul of the two-storey building of the House of culture built in 1993, which began in 2025, continues. The facility is included in the federal program "Family Values and Cultural infrastructure" of the national project "Family".
