The Ministry of construction of Russia contributed to the regulatory changes that improve the design of socially important public buildings according to the code "Public buildings and facilities".
Change #1 according to the rules of "Public buildings and facilities" shall enter into force on 1st September 2014.
The changes will allow you to inbuild to residential houses preschool educational organizations, as well as hostels and hotels. Now the shortage of kindergartens in big cities can be solved by organizing pre-school educational establishments on the lower floors of the houses.
