Michail Men: "Republic of Tatarstan has much solutions comparing with the best world experience".

Minister of construction and housing of Russia Michail Men told about Championship World Cup 2018 and interesting workshops in Kazan.

-Mickail Alecsandrovich lets begin from the most important event of this year.For what team did you root during the Championship world cup?

- First I was for our national team. As all our country. After I was for Germany as for I prefer consistancy at all. I conratulate Germany with deserved victory. 

 -Will we be able to prepare everything to our Championship World Cup 2018?

-As you see Olympic games in Sochi was held in excellent way. This is the appraise of international specalists. Sportive equipments, hospitality infrastrucute are in high level. Though we have experince of helding international games. We have enough time for preparing. We will try to develop hospitality infrasructure in different regions of the country. 

 -Where do you have much more responsibility as a Governer or as a Minister? 

- I got used to work much. So I do not see much difference. But there are absolutly different level of tasks. Now I have too much working trips. And if to be more honest I had to work out a new system of Ministy of construction, and I had no time for that. 

 -How long working day does get in Ministry?

-We work till late hours. I do not demand my workres to stay, it will be enough if they are alwyas reachable. 

 -As for as we know you usually use social sets?

-I've used during my job in Ivanovo. I usually write about working news and I think it is not correct for politics to share your  privte life with society.

 -Nowadays there are meaning that many regions in Russia can and shoud get experiances of Tatarstan?

-I agree with that. There are many useful workshops in Kazan that can be compare with the best world experience. It corncerns also the question of Championship 2018-we will use the experiance of Tatrstan preparing for Universiade 2013.

 -Could you tell please what are the  advantages and disadvantages of the work in Ministry of construction? 

-The advantage is that it is a goverment work, and you can see the results of your work in all regions of the country. Disadvantage is that it is a burning desiare to get everything and immediaetly, but it is not possible. 

 -Your artistry experiance like cinematic childhood, musical youth do help or bother you in a work of civil servant?

-I am 21 years in goverment career, and of course this is very big experiance. I feel my popularity. In the same time I am very open person, simple person with emotions. It seems to me person should have positive hobby and should spend his weekends forgetting about job. Only in this way he can be hardworking during his working week.
