Ilsur Metshin: "People must buy not only square metres, and the opportunity to live in conditions with established infrastructure"

Mayor of the city Ilsur Metshin informed about it today during his inspection of the construction object.  In the residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina" it is planned construction of 21 homes. The project included 385 thousand square meters of housing in area of 38 hectares . The mayor appreciated the quality of the houses and attractive appearance, noting that it is necessary to build distinctive in design, architecture and color of the building. Head of the company "Ak bars development" Marat Shigapov confirmed "Svetlaya Dolina" will include all conditions for normal life of families: parking, playgrounds with tracks for skateboarders, maximum landscaping. Ilsur Metshin said: "In the 21st century standards of living must be completely different:  people should not pay just for per square meters, they should pay for additional services in square meters.
