In Kazan State Construction University it was held meeting with the famous Danish architecter Jan Gail "Cities for people: the world experience of designing effective public spaces".

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov invited him to Kazan.  Ministry of construction, architecture and housing took part in the meeting. Rector of Kazan State Construction University Rashit Kurbangalievich thanked the guest for visiting University and for given opportunity to join the best world experiance in projecting of city spaces.  In his speech, architecter Jan Gail spoke about his 50 years of experience in architectural design and Jan Gail presented  to the participants his book "Life between buildings" (1971). Participants of the meeting asked different current questions corncernig Kazan and actually Republic.
