Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, First Deputy Minister of construction Farit Hanifov took part in the opening. Kindergarten "Chocolate" with 2 369 square meters area built under the Republican program. There will be additional educational services, taught foreign languages. Ildar Khalikov and other participants during the visit has reviewed complex of shooting in Saby district.
