Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin will visit "Kazan DSK" and construction of residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina".

Minister of construction, architecture and housing I.E. Fayzullinwill visit the production site of house-building plant, a member of the group of companies JSC "AK BARS development" (ABD). Head ABD Marat Sagitov will present to the Minister a program of modernization of the plant, and will also show the shop with new equipment. Marat Sagitov notes that the decision on the comprehensive upgrade of the factory was taken to improve competitiveness and reduce the cost of housing construction. As a result of modernization by the middle of next year, the production capacity of the plant will recruit 150 thousand square meters of living space per year.  Products "Kazan DSK" today finds extensive use in the construction of residential complex "Svetlaya Dolina". "Svetlaya Dolina" - a large-scale project with the developed infrastructure of the group of companies "AK BARS development".  The residential complex is planned the construction of 21 homes. The entire project is expected to build 385 thousand square meters of housing in area of 38 hectares.
