About compensation of foregone revenues of the organizations in the sphere of housing and communal services, electricity, heat and water supply.

The government of the Russian Federation from 01.07.2014 N 603 "On procedure of calculation of the amount of compensation to organizations engaged in regulated activities in the areas of communal services, electricity, heating, water, sanitation" approved:

the rules for calculating the amount of compensation to organizations  of communal services, electricity, heat, water supply and (or) water removal, the foregone revenue associated with the exercise of regulated activities;

the rules for determining the amount of compensation for the expense of the Federal budget expenditures of the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation or local budgets resulting from compensation for foregone revenues of these organizations.

This resolution is aimed at the intensification of involvement private investors in housing and communal services.
