International seminar in architecture started in Kazan.

The international project-training workshop in the sphere of architecture "Inserts" started in Kazan.

The head of the Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin, Minister of construction,architecture and housing Irek Faizullin, Minister of culture Airat Sibgatullin, head of the administration of the Kirov and Moscow areas of Kazan city Damir Fattakhov, rector of Kazan Construction University  Rashit Nizamov and chief architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofieva took part in opening ceremony.  Experts are the architect of Athens, Professor Elia Zenghelis, an architect from Barcelona, Professor Elias Torres, engineer from Belgrade Alexander Ivancich, a teacher and a practicing architect from Barcelona Sergi Godia, architect Laetitia Caruzzo.
