The Volga Federal district of the Russian Federation will impose on the program "Housing for Russian family" more than 5 million square meters of housing. This was announced by the Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men on September 17, on a conference meeting. According to the Ministry of construction of Russia, in the Volga 13 has already signed the agreement on the program "Housing for Russian family". 1.5 million square meters of housing will be built in Tatarstan. In three subjects: the Republic of Tatarstan, Perm and Samara region, has already begun the selection of land plots, real estate developers and projects to implement the program.

Currently there are 54 subject of the Russian Federation signed a tripartite agreement on the program "Housing for Russian families." According to the declared data, they will provide by the end of 2017 17.54 million square meters of housing.
