For the program "Housing for Russian family" will be created special conditions of the mortgage

Citizens who buy housing in the framework of the program "Housing for Russian families will be provided with preferential mortgage loans from OJSC "AHML". On 17 September the Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men told about it during the all-Russian conference call regarding the implementation of the programme "Housing for Russian families."

As for the requested price of 30 thousand rubles per square meter Mikhail Men there are no decision to change the maximum rates and this question is not discussed. Alexander Semenyaka stated that the cumulative effect of declining house prices and reduced mortgage rates will allow citizens to reduce the monthly loan payment by 35% compared with buying on market conditions.
