Russian workshop on overhaul of apartment buildings held in Kazan.

Today, 18 September, in the city of Kazan started the all-Russian workshop on capital repairs of apartment buildings. The event is organized by the municipal unitary enterprise "Service and technical oversight of the city's programs for housing maintenance and communal services and improvement" with the assistance of the state Corporation - Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services, Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by General Director of state Corporation - Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services Konstantin Tsitsin, first Deputy General Director of the housing Vladimir Talalikhin, Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. The organizers emphasize its practical orientation: all themes are designed on the basis of actual experience of the city of Kazan and Tatarstan, noting that the workshop will address common issues and errors. The session devoted to the preparatory phase complete overhaul, guests and participants of the seminar discussed the objectives and functions of the participants overhaul; information support of the process of capital repairs; assessment of the condition of housing, planning major repair; the calculation of the limit value by type of construction work; the selection of contractors and other issues.
