RT Ministry of construction conducted maneuvers in the sphere of civil defense.

In accordance with the action plan of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations, fire safety and safety of people on the water in 2014 on September 19, the director of engineering services ST RT Deputy Minister A.S. Akhmetshin  held a special teaching on the theme: "The actions of the territorial pivot command mechanization of work number 3 of the Republic of Tatarstan-based organizations Buinsk municipal district, in the conduct of rescue and other urgent works in the disaster area".

The purpose:

- check the readiness of the management bodies, forces and means of the pivot command to perform tasks on the elimination of emergency situations of peace and war time;

- improvement of practical skills of the management team in making ready the pivot of the team and in the organization of interaction and the management of the structural units of the consolidated commands during the execution of rescue operations;

- verify  the staffing team personnel, machinery, equipment, tools and personal protection equipment;

- check the availability of devices for radiation and chemical reconnaissance and ability to use them;

- providing guidance and practical assistance in preparing and bringing teams in readiness for action for the purpose.

Set goals have been achieved.
