Treaty of investing in the creation of rental housing in Innopolis was signed today in Kazan it-Park. The document was signed by the Executive Director of the State housing Fund under the President of RT Talgat Abdullin and General Director of LLC "Territory-Kazan" Gregory Nevostruev.

Prime-Minister said that the contract involves the redemption of the state housing Fund under the President of RT 16 apartment buildings 840 apartments, including Parking lots, offices and premises. Their total area is about 50 thousand square meters. Also, anyone will be able to participate in specialized repurchase program home ownership savings and mortgage system on concessional terms (with the involvement of Bank financing). "The program of rental housing is a complex program, sharpened to create a comfortable environment for future residents of Innopolis, and that people had the opportunity to live in already has a housing provided household appliances and comfortable conditions" said Gregory Nevostruev.
