Irek Faizullin: "There are no empty areas in the Republic even in difficult economic terms".

Today in the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the Minister I. E. Faizullin held a meeting to discuss the development of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015. During the meeting discussed the situation on the mortgage market in the Republic of Tatarstan. Irek Faizullin noted the need for surgical intervention: in conjunction with the banking system and the Association of mutual insurance developers it is necessary  to develop and take to  action insurance programs and projects loyalty accreditation developers and residents of the Republic of  Tatarstan. Moving away from the theme Minister delighted the audience with news about the construction of a plant for the production ceilings "Armstrong", with a budget of more than $ 100 million. Returning to the theme of the meeting, Irek Anvarovich proposed construction to focus on the insurance of construction sites, moving away from the mechanism examination. In conclusion of the meeting, Irek Faizullin set a task  to increase the pace of construction  in 2015, because the construction industry is one of the leading tools for economic development within the country.
