As many as 94,700 square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On January 17, at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of January 16, 2015 as many as 94,700 square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan.
Faizullin said that since the beginning of 2015 work on implementation of housing construction programme has started in all regional municipalities.
As of January 16, 2015 eight houses with a total area of 9,000 square meters for 186 apartments have been commissioned under the social mortgage programme.
The Minister reminded that construction of 11 houses for 66 veterans of the World War II are underway in the republic.
Within the framework of celebrations of the 70-anniversary since victory in World War II, it is planned to commission six houses for 25 veterans before May 9, 2015.
He continued to report that it is planned to provide housing for 331 orphans in 2015. For this purpose, 356 million 420 thousand roubles will be allocated from federal and regional budgets.
Besides, 41 clubs will be built under the programme “Rural clubs” in 2015.
Executive Director of State Housing Fund under Tatarstan President Talgat Abdullin made a report on implementation of social mortgage programme in the republic.
Production of polymer pipes with a diameter of 1.6 m has started in Kazan, and a line of up to 2.4 m is being prepared for launch. According to government representatives and an expert, polymer pipes are needed as part of a large–scale renovation of worn-out networks.
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a working meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The meeting, chaired by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, was attended by the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, and heads of Tatarstan's leading construction organizations.
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan at a regular meeting of the Public Council considered the implementation of the anti-corruption policy for 2024. Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin held a meeting.
On February 27, a press conference was held at the site of the TASS news agency to officially launch the registration of participants in the V All-Russian Management Competition "Leaders of the Construction Industry".
