Elevator shaft is installed in Naberezhnye Chelny in the house 65/05

The contractor SC "Profit" started  works in the house 65/05.  Currently there are works  on the installation of elevator shafts starting from the fifth floor. Construction organization plans to finish building the seventeenth floor of the house, after which work would begin in the attic and in the engine room. Also works on special sections – installed heating, wiring, complete landscaping. According to the schedule the house will be put into operation in August 2016.

This year will also begin work on the completion of construction of the house 65/03. Earlier, construction was completed on houses 65/04 and 2nd block of  house 65/10.

At a meeting on the issues of shared construction the President of Tatarstan R.N. Minnekhanov  noted that the situation with shareholders in the Republic is under his personal control and has charged to first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of construction, architecture and housing and utilities to observe the terms of commissioning of buildings in operation and promptly resolve all issues associated with construction of these facilities.
