Ministry of Construction of RT received thankful appreciation from the residents of the overhalled building

Residents of the house №22 on the street. Sarah Sadykova Kazan was sent to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan letter in which they expressed gratitude for the collective capital repairs in their home. Residents point out that, despite the difficult weather conditions, the work was done and in time. The house has been updated heating system, electrical wiring, installed plastic windows, repaired the roof and restored damaged interior floors.

The program overhaul in 2015 was attended by 42 municipalities of the country (not only attended three districts). The program overhaul of apartment houses in 2015 in Tatarstan made in full. Total renovated 999 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.9 million square meters, failed to improve the living conditions of 240.9 thousand inhabitants of the republic. Due to the resulting savings in the 2015 program included an additional 30 houses.

The regional program overhaul of apartment houses (MCD) launched in Tatarstan in 2014 and is designed for 30 years - until 2043. It aims at the elimination of all  housing followed by the release of the planned regular maintenance. The program includes approximately 15.4 thousand houses with a total area of ​​nearly 65 million square meters. The program is not adjusted at least once a year. It is assumed that each year of its implementation will be sent up to 5 billion rubles.
