Construction of the first house in the residential area "Salavat Kupere" is completed in Kazan

Construction of the first house on the social mortgage in the new residential area "Salavat Kupere" in the Kirovsky district of Kazan is completed. Currently final inspection of the networks and the readiness to hand the house over is undergoing. Representatives of the State Inspectorate of Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan will make sure that all the house networks function well. Issues of the work on the construction of the complex of "Salavat Kupere" were discussed today during the meeting with the participation of the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

The working meeting was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Head of the Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin, first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, head of the administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Damir Fattakhov, deputy director for construction of the SCM "Glavtatdortrans" Ruslan Musin, and others.

Azat Nigmatzyanov told about how is the situation at the construction site of a new area going. "A house on the 255 apartments is ready, all the networks are set up in it, today we started the process of handing the house over" - said the first deputy head of the Executive Committee.

To begin the process of completion, it was necessary to ensure the availability of both external and internal networks. After all networks were ready in the house - heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity supply, the contractor conducted a test of internal systems. It was necessary to make sure that the water system is functioning, that in case of an emergency extinguishing system will not give failures, and for that sufficient water pressure is provided. All this required a certain time in the set limits. "After all the tests the contractor started the process of handing the house over - prepared all the documents required by the regulations and sent to the State Construction Supervision, which in turn proceeded to the final inspection of an apartment house with nets," - said A.Nigmatzyanov.

It should be noted that work on networks for kindergarten is on go at the site, it is designed for 260 seats. Once these works are completed, the facility will start a similar process of checking of all systems.

Residential complex "Salavat Kupere" is a major housing project of economy class, currently under construction in the Kirovsky district of Kazan, its area is ​​about 360 hectares. Construction of residential complex is conducted through mechanisms of nonprofit organization "State Housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan".
