Management company "Yutny Dom" held a seminar in Almetyevsk

In the framework of the Agreement on mutual cooperation with the company  "Tempo" specialists of the LLC management company "Yutny Dom" held a seminar-training "Skills of unconflict communication" in the city of Almetyevsk.

The seminar was attended by 25 people, including economists, accountants, lawyers, foremen, managers and other leading specialists of organizations of housing and communal services of the city of Almetyevsk. The aim of the lesson is to develop the ability to manage conflict in housing and communal services, formation of skills of translating the dialogue in a positive direction. IIt was  discussed the concept of conflict, its causes and consequences, methods of determining the level of conflict and their own individual ways of increasing constructive communication.
