NP "Regional Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" held a seminar in Naberezhnye Chelny

December 5, 2015 the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny within the framework of the project "competent user" by specialists of the Centre of public control in the housing sector, a seminar was held for the Chairmen and activists of the Councils of apartment buildings. The event was attended by 50 people. The seminar addressed to issues related to the fundamentals of the housing code, the problems of energy saving, legal practice, the interaction of councils of apartment buildings with management organizations. The event was free of charge. Today such training in the Republic of Tatarstan held 750 people.
