The housing and utilities Fund has approved the application of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing financial support for capital repairs of apartment buildings.

The Board of the state Corporation – Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services approved the application of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing financial support for capital repairs of apartment buildings.
According to the approved proposal of the Republic of Tatarstan will receive funds from the Corporation 27,72 million. Right of co-financing the region will add 203,05 million. These funds will be directed on carrying out capital repairs of apartment buildings 17, located on the territory of four municipalities. The program will allow to improve living conditions 7 469 people.
Recall that the allocation of funds for implementation of programmes of capital repair of common property in apartment buildings in total amount of 1 billion rubles is carried out in accordance with the amendments to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 147, the decisions of the Supervisory Board of Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services and the Board of the state Corporation.

To date, more than 126,000 residents of Tatarstan have taken part in the All-Russian online voting to select improvement projects. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, at a briefing at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In Tatarstan, the All-Russian online voting is ongoing to select public areas planned for improvement in 2027. The voting is held within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life.”
Under the state program “Integrated Development of Rural Areas,” the construction of a school in Buinsk continues with funding exceeding 766 million rubles.
