RT Ministry of construction held a meeting on the implementation of lean manufacturing principles

In the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the implementation of lean production at organizations of construction complex and housing and communal hozyastva. The meeting was chaired by the head of Department of construction of socio-cultural objects of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan D. G. Sagitullin. The event was attended by representatives of construction companies, enterprises producing construction materials, as well as companies in the public utilities sector. The meeting discussed issues of implementation of lean production at organizations of the construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, the possibility of increasing production efficiency and reducing costs in operation.
