NP "Regional Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" took the second place among all regional offices

    According to statistics of the National Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services "housing Control" which is located in Moscow, Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan by the end of 2015 ranked second among all regional support offices for citizens and the decision of problems of housing and communal sector.   Since January 2013 the Regional centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working with the population, in particular providing Advisory services and assistance to citizens in solving important issues.   Initially, this work was conducted as part of the Commission on public control in the sphere of housing and communal services on the basis of the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rights of public associations of citizens.   In July 2014 established organization non-profit partnership "Regional center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan".   At the moment it is necessary to allocate following the success of the organization:   - constantly working the hot line on utilities. Only the hotline received about 4000 complaints from citizens;   - reception of citizens and providing them with consulting services. For 2015, received about 5,500 complaints;   - nearly 3,000 legal consultations to citizens on issues of housing and communal services;   - In 2015, trained 800 activists and chairmen of Councils of apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan (the direction of education in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out in the framework of the Party project of United Russia "School Literate consumers", chaired by the Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation by A. G. Sidyakin).   housing education in Universities of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to interest young people in the housing sector;   - round tables, briefings and other events on public control in the housing sector with representatives of management companies, homeowners associations, and housing cooperatives, agencies and NGOs are 165 events;   - developed 8 guidelines, the main of them: "My capricious house"- the Economics and management of apartment houses of the Region, Planning, organisation (organization) and control of major repairs of apartment houses in the Region (on the example Republic of Tatarstan)", Handbook of Chairman of the Board of an apartment building including and various booklets;   - close interaction with the authorities, Ministries and agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and other regions of the Russian Federation.   Now the center is actively working on cooperation with municipalities to establish public control of utilities in areas of the Republic of Tatarstan.   Mandatory jointly with the authorities of Tatarstan is constantly examination of the major, regional and Federal bills.   In development and nearing completion today:   - pilot project of electronic distance learning programme: a) the Chairpersons and members of the Boards MCD; b) the Chairpersons of condominiums, housing cooperatives and small companies;   - preparation of the register of Councils of apartment houses and TPS;   - field meetings of the population;   - Creation of Councils of apartment buildings and work directly with them assisting in the creation and maintenance of information and methodical support.   The centre is open from Monday to Saturday.   For registration contact us by phone: +7 (843) 236-29-97   Address: Kazan, ul.
