New residential house and kindergarden put into operation in area M-14

In the new residential area ​​M-14 in Privolzhsky district of Kazan the first house on 89 apartments, built by the republican social mortgage program, was handed in. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin congratulated residents with housewarming today. They also inspected the building of a new kindergarten - first built in the area M-14.

The inspection of new buildings was also attended by First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, head of the administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Andrei Lobov, head of the Department of Education Ilsur Hadiullin, head of Department of capital construction and reconstruction Marat Samigulin and director of the contractor company "Ak-Tash" Gazinur Akhmetov.

The house is in the area M-14 on 89 apartments, which is located at st. Andrei Ado, 15, has already received its first settlers - Nafikovs family recently moved out of the dorm into a new two-bedroom apartment. "This is an important event for all of us - the first house in a new area is completed. In Kazan this year the first apartment building in "Salavat Cupere" has already been handed in and today we can congratulate the first New Year settlers of the area M-14, - I. President Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to strictly comply with the terms of commissioning of the first house and a kindergarten in the area M-14. As a result, the builders have not failed the challenge. A kindergarten for 260 places, where classed will begin soon, is fully equipped and prepared to meet the kids. 187 children have already enrolled in the preschool.
