The Ministry of construction of Russia analyzes the proposals of the market participants to support the mortgage

The Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation for preparation of the complex of measures to support housing demand, analyzes the proposals from market participants. The final version will be submitted to the Government in late February.

Some of the proposals from market participants voiced on the Board of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan the first Deputy head of the Ministry of construction of Russia Leonid Stavitskiy. These proposals are preliminary and have been presented for professional discussion in the environment of regional industry community. The Ministry of construction of Russia, those proposals have also been discussed with experts, financial institutions, relevant organizations. Some of them after the final analysis may be rejected and not included in the list of proposals to the Russian Government.

The most effective support measures, from the point of view of experts, can be suggestions related to the subsidization of mortgage rates in one format or another. A program to subsidize mortgage rates for the purchase of a primary residence, which was launched last year, has proved its effectiveness. Every third mortgage loan in 2015 was taken on the program of state support of a mortgage, its final results will be announced in late February-early March of the current year.

With regard to support to the developers, in the framework of the program "Housing for Russian family", the Ministry of construction of Russia proposes to consider the support in terms of infrastructure in the comprehensive neighborhood development. In particular, we are talking about financial support for the construction of minor roads and external engineering networks and social objects. The mechanism and amount of funding is still under discussion.
