The centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services has launched a new direction in his work.

For the independent organization of efficient maintenance of the housing stock, today across the country citizens are actively going in the initiative group for the purpose of organization of Council of an apartment house, which acts as an authorised representative of the interests of proprietors of premises in an apartment house and is actively working with the management company.

NP "Regional Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" took the initiative: there is active work on the organization of practical and methodological assistance to owners on building houses on the territory of the city of Kazan, with subsequent legal support of activity of bodies of management of apartment houses.
