Naberezhno-Chelny zonal housing inspection jointly with office of public Prosecutor of Naberezhnye Chelny inspected residential buildings under the management of OOO "Registrou", OOO "Paritet", LLC PP "Callistemon", LLC PKF "ZHILKOMSERVIS" the housing Department "Castrojeriz", OOO "Electricians" in connection with the verification of the performance of Management companies of housing legislation requirements in the sphere of ensuring the safety of household gas and elevators in apartment buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny. As a result of inspections revealed violations of the Rules and norms of technical operation of housing stock.
Based on results of inspection decided administrative liability under article 7.22 of the administrative code, the involved officers of management companies in the amount of 24 000 rubles.
