Moscow will host the conference for heads of management companies

From 15 to 18 June 2016 in Moscow will take place the conference of heads of management companies "Effective management of MCD".

Over three hundred delegates from all over Russia will discuss topical issues of the housing sector under the auspices of the Federal, regional and municipal authorities.

Key topics of the event:

Strategy of development of housing and communal services in the Russian Federation for the period till 2020;

Legislative changes in the management of MKD;

Problems and experience of protection of rights and legitimate interests of governors of the MCD;

Income and expense management companies;

Problems in execution of contracts for supply of resources;

Economy managing organizations and building an effective budget;

The problems of managing organizations in relations with proprietors of premises in MKD and their associations;

Judicial practice and analysis of decisions taken to protect the rights and legitimate interests of management companies;

The legislation on municipal solid waste.

Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the specialized exhibition "Innovations in the organization of housing and communal services", which will showcase the latest technologies and innovations of the housing sector.
