RT Ministry of construction held a "Round Table" on theme: "Housing-Education - literate consumer"

Today, under the leadership of the first Deputy Minister A. M. Frolov in the walls of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table on the theme: "Housing-Education - literate consumer." The event was opened by first Deputy Minister Alexey Frolov, who noted, in his welcoming speech, the importance of education in the sphere of housing and communal services and increase of literacy of the consumer. Without monitoring of citizens, with no interest from the owners, to solve the problem of effective functioning of housing and communal services it is impossible. He said, and about the need to organize complex activities, to educate the public on the operation and implementation of programs of housing, working with initiative groups of citizens in municipal entities of the Republic that will promote literacy in this area.

During the discussion, the participants of the "round table" indicated that to ensure high standards of quality of housing and communal services without a Mature and competent professionals is almost impossible. A shortage of professionals of different specialties, the shortage of highly qualified managers, able to make informed engineering and management decision is one of the most acute and painful problems in this sphere. Question personnel potential in the sphere of housing and communal services is indeed one of the primary values.

At the end of the "round table" was signed an agreement of intent between the Ministry and  "Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services in the Republic of Tatarstan".
