Ildar Khalikov: Tatarstan should be ready for the start of the heating season until 15th of September

The results of work of organizations of fuel-energy and housing-and-municipal complex of Tatarstan during the heating season of 2015-2016, and objectives for the upcoming heating season have been discussed today at meeting in the RT Government House.

The meeting passed in a videoconference chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. It was also attended by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, heads of ministries and departments of the Republic, territorial bodies of Federal authorities, members of the staff of the RT President, RT State Council and RT Cabinet, heads of Executive committees and heads of municipalities, heads of enterprises and organizations of housing and communal complex of the region.

"I want to note that today already carried out all necessary work, properly to start work on the heating season the period of 2016-2017 years" - said Prime Minister, opening the meeting.
"There are challenges facing municipalities, energy providers and other organizations. Main – to not only be physically ready, but to execute all necessary documents", - Ildar Khalikov stressed. And added that the heads of organizations of housing and communal complex bear for it personal responsibility.
"Special attention should be given to objects of social sphere: hospitals, preschool and school institutions, sports facilities and cultural facilities", - stated the Prime Minister.
"The Republic gained extensive experience in the heating season passes smoothly in normal mode – no rush jobs at heat start-up and operational elimination of accidents in the system. Questions remain that require solutions. But the positive experience of the last two years must be taken into account when preparing for the upcoming heating season," said Khalikov.
