Tatarstan. Crimea is recruited by experience
On the basis of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by first Deputy Minister A. M. Frolov held a meeting with the delegation of the Republic of Crimea on issues of legal regulation and implementation of state policy in the housing sector.
This is the second visit of the Crimean people, in March this year, the Republic was visited by a delegation of representatives of the Ministry of housing, Ministry of construction and architecture, and of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.
During the meeting, the Crimean party outlined a range of interesting topics. These are questions for the solid waste and landfill remediation, the experience of Tatarstan on realization of programs of water supply, resettlement of people from dilapidated housing and capital repairs of apartment buildings, the landscaping (the program on creation and development of parks and gardens in MO RT). There was interest and to the application of IT–technologies (the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the GIS utilities).
Also discussed the issue of collection of utility bills in the republics. In Crimea, the rate of payment of housing services by owners of dwellings, one of the lowest in the country, whereas in Tatarstan the average annual collection rate remains at the level of 98.4%.
After that, the delegation of the Crimea were divided into working groups by industry and together with colleagues from the relevant departments of the Ministry of construction started to work.
