Rustam Minnikhanov was presented a project of construction of residential complex "Dolina Mahaon"

The architectural project of construction of residential complex "Dolina Mahaonl" was submitted today to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The presentation was held in the meeting room of the Government House of RT.
The company representing project has successful experience of building. Three major projects now being implemented on the territory of the Republic and one project in the suburbs.
"Dolina Mahaon" is a large - scale project of modern building in the territory of the Laishevsky district (S. Malyye Kabany). Total land area – 180 hectares of land belongs to the ownership rights of the management company "AK bars capital".
The project has applied a new approach to development planning, representatives of the company, is expected to integrate European design experience. The project involved experts of architecture and urbanism, in a closed competition was attended by 23 architectural firms. Eleven of the strongest teams arrived in Kazan to personally present your portfolio. Bureau of Levs Architecten (Netherlands) offered the interesting concept of building.
