In Moscow held a meeting on the issues of pricing in construction sphere

Today in Moscow held a meeting on the issues of updating and development additions to collections state elemental estimate regulations and Federal unit prices under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation H. D. Mavlyanov. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan A. R. Gatiyatov.
On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan determination of the estimated cost of construction, reconstruction, major repairs of objects of capital construction, financed with attraction of means of the budget, using current estimate of the standards amended in the Federal register of estimate standards. Tatarstan has come out with a number of proposals on pricing, in particular, to make the transition to a resource-based method, to abandon the periodic recalculation of estimate standards in the level of prices of the base 2001 and go to the standards in the price level in 2016 taking into account modern materials and mechanisms, relevant to modern technology, with subsequent transition to new rates every 3 years, taking into account new technologies and materials.
