Three residential complexes will be built on Federal lands in Kazan – the head of RT Ministry of construction

The need for good land plots for housing construction in Russian regions and large cities is high, and Tatarstan is not an exception. In the coming years on Federal lands in Kazan will be built three new residential complex. This was reported to journalists by the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the press approach, which was held following the meeting.

A meeting On the involvement of Federal land plots for housing construction" has been held in House of RT Government under chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of RF Government Igor Shuvalov. The meeting was also attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, General Director of Federal Fund of assistance to development of housing construction Denis Filippov, heads of relevant ministries and departments of Russia and Tatarstan, major construction companies.

"To implement our programs today prepared sites in the Novo-Savinovsky and Privolzhsky districts in the area of lake Kaban. These sites are Federal property. I think within a year we will solve engineering and design issues and start the construction of residential complexes at these sites," - said I. Faizullin.

Also today discussed the issue of construction of cooperative housing in one of the sections of knitu (KAI). It will be designed for teachers of this University.
