Vladimir Kudryashov participated in the Council of chief architects of Russia's constituent entities

Today in Moscow passes the XXXVIII meeting of the Council of chief architects of the Russian Federation subjects and municipalities. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan, the chief architect of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashov, chief architect of Kazan Tatiana Prokofieva.
The main topic was "national identity in the context of contemporary architectural and urban development." The head of the Ministry of construction of Russia Mikhail Men in his welcoming speech reminded that the Head of state supported the initiative of the Ministry of construction of Russia on the issue of raising the status of the chief architects of the regions by subjecting them directly to the governors. According to the results of the state Council in one of the instructions to the recommended regions to establish direct subordination of the chief architect of the Russian Federation the Governor of the region. According to the Minister, it should open before the architects of new perspectives and great opportunities for the implementation of its powers due to greater autonomy and subordination directly to only one supervisor - the head of the subject.
The Minister also expressed the view that the regions should be established an architectural and town-planning councils under the direction of the chief architect or the Governor that will determine the appearance of the subject. According to him, many regions are already on the way architectural and urban planning councils. The Council should include architects of all the major municipalities of the regions to develop a common constructive solutions.
Mikhail Men said that soon will be adopted law on the mandatory application of the draft re-use. "After the entry into force of this law the standard solutions of the construction budget funds will be mandatory for bodies of state and municipal authorities, if such standard solutions is in the Federal register," - said the Minister. He stressed that the mandatory use of standard designs will not make buildings in Russia, the faceless, as the architectural solutions can be very different.
