Head of the Ministry of construction: Tatarstan citizens have less to complain about utility bills and often asked to improve the local area

With the beginning of the year the Government received 12 thousand 872 complaints from citizens. This is almost 2 thousand more than in the same period last year. They contain almost 17.5 thousand questions. Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin informed it at the last meeting of Goverment. 

In the meeting held under the chairmanship of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov also took part RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, heads of ministries, departments, organizations, large enterprises and regions.

A large part received from the public questions concerned the content of communal property – 8862. "It's almost 60 percent – responded Ildar Khalikov. In fact, these questions are addressed to management companies and TSZH. Even questions on charge for utility services three times less than total property. On the third place by the number of issues of quality of public services.
