The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of Republic Tatarstan from 5 August to 5 September, a survey was conducted of the population in the fight against corruption.
The results of the survey showed that the citizens considers corruption one of the most important and acute problems, however, is not to say that this issue in the public consciousness is in the first place. According to survey data, a large portion believes that the fight against corruption must become a priority.
Respondents are asked to tighten legislation to combat corruption and to increase legal literacy of the population. The majority of respondents are not willing to give bribes. To the question "why You refused to give a bribe to a public official" participants answered that the principle do not give bribes. Some part replied that their problem can be solved in another way.
The opinions of the respondents who were measured in the survey can serve as a tool for the development of effective solutions to the problem.
